Discount Tire

Great customer service! Was going out of town, but there was a delay on the tires I had originally ordered. Despite the delay, they made sure everything was taken care of. They went the extra mile to make sure I had tires for my trip that suited my needs. Definitely recommend going here to get your tires changed.

I had two tractor tires, I dismounted one by hand and decided, "that was a great life experience, but I should leave the other one and mounting to some professionals." I had a price in my head, probably about 50 bucks a tire. With disposable of my old tires, 58 bucks total. They completed the task in about 3 hours which was nice because it was Saturday and very last minute.

We love Discount Tire. I feel that I get great service and never feel overwhelmed by anything they promote or tell me about. My story is, I was in Medford’s DT and got an appointment to have a tire rotation for my miles under warranty. My lug nuts are the new plastic coated metal ones from Ford. Had wanted to replace them but they didn’t have any in stock. I was traveling north to Bend next so I called there and prepaid for the only set left in stock for my 2024 F350. I couldn’t make an appointment because right now they are super busy with customers taking off winter tires and swapping for their summer tires. But the gal on the phone said we will be ready for you Tuesday after Memorial Day, just come in and we will take care of you. So I arrived to a 10 person line at 9am. I waited in line and got Arlo. He is MR. Customer Service. As soon as I mentioned what I purchased over the phone he said I was informed that you were coming in, he helped me out, he installed them immediately, which shocked me. No wait! I was on the road fast! I highly recommend Discount Tire, ANY location. They are fantastic. I pull an 30 foot Airstream Travel trailer and needed this. Five S

This was the easiest tire purchase and install I have ever experienced. These guys are super helpful and very professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer and go out of their way to show it. I will use these guys for all of my future tire needs. Way to go guys. Good job.

Best customer service. I worked with Tristen, she was great. Informative, personable, and wicked patient. Walked in thinking I was gonna be here for 15 min, ended up working with her for over an hour figuring out exactly what wheels I wanted and she was wicked helpful the whole time. Will be coming back for future wheels and tires!
